Library Web Services was developed as a division of Ridge Avenue Design with the mission to help libraries in developing and enhancing their web presence. Libraries are continuing to find the need not, only to have a web presence that provides information about library services, but as a portal to help deliver these library services to patrons on a 24 hour a day basis.

Library Web Services can assist libraries in meeting their goals through enhancing the library's web presence and providing a portal to deliver this service. In our continued commitment, we will provide relevant web technologies that remain affordable. We accomplish this goal by delivering design services that meet individual library needs. We do this by combining the latest technologies, graphical design practices, and understanding of web architecture to provide aesthetically pleasing websites, intuitive to navigate by the user, and easy to maintain.

We work closely with each of our clients to ensure that the product we provide meets their needs. Patrick Moriarty will personally manage all aspects of the web design process for each client. Patrick's experience designing websites, combined with his years of working within libraries in varying capacities, have allowed for an understanding of the needs of the staffs and patrons of libraries. It is this unique combination of library experience and web design that gives Library Web Services a professional level of service and understanding with its clients needs.

We also work with many vendors on behalf of our clients to seamlessly incorporate library catalogs, calendars, and other third party products into the design.
